How is this different from ManyChat or a regular chatbot?
Most chatbots auto-reply to your customers immediately. Some sellers love that. Most Filipino sellers don’t — they’re scared of the bot saying the wrong price or losing the personal touch. The Co-pilot model splits the difference: AI speed for drafting, human judgment for sending. Your brand stays your brand.
How does the Co-pilot reach me when a customer messages?
Two ways. (1) Your Facebook Page Inbox app on your phone shows the AI’s draft as a notification — tap to send or edit. (2) Optional: a separate dashboard where your CS team can review queued drafts in batch. Most clients prefer Option 1 — it fits how they already work.
What if I want full automation later?
We can talk about it once you trust the Co-pilot. Full automation requires Meta App Review (their public-bot approval process) — I handle the whole submission for you. Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks after we decide. Pricing for that upgrade is quoted separately. Most clients stick with Co-pilot mode permanently because it just works.
What if I don’t like the result? Pwede magpa-refund?
Short version: 48-hour cancellation window before our discovery call for full refund. After that, deposit is non-refundable. After delivery, 7-day testing window — if you confirm it works (or stay silent), that’s acceptance. After acceptance no refunds, but 30-day bug warranty for anything that doesn’t work as scoped. Full policy in every contract before you sign.
